Gateway2Housing provides accommodation and support to individuals living in our properties, primarily in supported accommodation or SSH (Specialised Supported Housing) scenarios. We are investing in societies to prevent homelessness and promote independence by offering housing, benefit & tenancy support services. We provide a mix of shared & self contained specialist accommodation to individuals from variety of backgrounds.
We provide tenancy related support to the tenants living in our supported accommodation properties. We also provide specialized supported living (SSH) schemes working in partnership with our CQC regulated care provider, various RSL’s and housing charities.

We provide accommodation and support services for vulnerable adults & families at risk of homelessness and specialized supported housing (SSH) schemes to individuals requiring additional housing support.

- pathways into employment for vulnerable adults, via training, support & career advice
- meeting housing & support needs of specific tenant groups, for example, provision of safe refuge with 24 X 7 security for domestic abuse victims and deployment of associated support/resources
Our aim is to serve the local community by promoting the independence of vulnerable individuals and preventing homelessness and negligence.

- refugees and asylum-seekers
- homeless people
- disabled people
- individuals with learning disabilities or mental health issues
- individuals with drug or alcohol addictions
- victims of domestic abuse/violence
- families in need of temporary accommodation

Gateway2Housing is an adoptee of the Birmingham City Council Charter of Rights Quality Standards and has Bronze Certification of Achievement from BVSC for exempt supported accommodation.
